If someone is trans and they are just a regular person and did good work, I'd absolutely want to work with them. But what about hiring someone who is trans who I suspect is an AGP fetishist (again legally it is all the same, even though to me and probably you that person is trans-identified, not trans) - Is it transphobic of me to not want to work with someone who could be an open fetishist? I'd say no, but it was because of a negative perception of transpeople as a group that made me skeptical and look for signs. I think it's fair to say it would then be transphobic of me not to hire them. Or that transphobia played into the decision at least. I know that isn't the same as saying all transpeople are fetishists but I would say no "transphobic" people today say that either.

I saw similar explanation few times, but not aboug fetishism, but about narcissism.

That hiring on work someone who is all time focusing on themselves is bad for work environment, can decrease work capabilities and mood of others, can make good specialists leave, can be very problematic in many other cases.
