Time to dig through a lot of information.
It was dumped at different forums (so could be false/limited hangout).

A quote seems to indicate a deliberate release of the virus via dry ice near an air vent at the fish market.
I suspect we may find far more criminal activities.

Perhaps dumping at different forums was to ensure that the word got out?

Dry ice - now that's a wonderfully inventive application!

When it melts and dries, there's no more proof! And not out of place in a fish market.

Would be good for a spy movie or whatever. I'd consider it for my own except my story is solid on that front.
