Recipe: https://fartleyfarms.com/recipe/owner-of-a-lonely-fart/# although I roasted everything and didn't use powdered spices.

This came really mild -- I think the double cooking cut out the heat -- and it's tasty, I think perfect for people who don't want a fiery experience.
I suppose those are fresh from the garden.
Oh yeah, we have a bit of a pepper glut at the moment. Although it seems like this heat is killing my plants too. u/in-the-clouds might be interested in that.

Oh, yes. Did you take out anything besides the seeds? Where do you get those bottles?

The seeds, and green stem caps and garlic skins of course, are the only thing I remove. The bottle was part of a cooking oil gift set I received one year. I've seen them for sale before but I don't know a good place to buy them, probably Amazon because on some sites shipping can be more than the bottles.

This is inspiring. Looks like a beautiful, homemade sauce, using peppers from your own garden, and I imagine it is like a health tonic. When my peppers come in, I might try making something similar, so thanks for the idea. 👍

It's definitely a keeper, very tasty. It was really mild, but after making salsa a bit ago, I think it's just the peppers aren't hot this season. The plant was on drip irrigation, which it loved, but I wonder if the lack of stress reduced the heat. Normally they're pretty hot.
