It doesn't make sense.

Is that a chick who had her tits cut out? (ie. the scars) And it seems like the "rapist" didn't rape so much as went to have a wank. The opened condom is unexplained, perhaps from who knows when, if it was even used.

Also, just because you have regrets in the morning doesn't make him guilty for your complicity the night before. Unless he spiked your drink you are responsible for your own sobriety and what decisions you make.

Conclusion: Fire the writer and illustrator and burn the comic and all digital versions.

Recommendation: Find some classic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milo_Manara, preferably uncensored if you can still find it.

Max raped Leo.

Also, just because you have regrets in the morning doesn't make him guilty for your complicity the night before.

It's called "regret rape" and is prosecutable in many jurisdictions.

In California, for instance, in 2014, the state legislature passed the Yes Means Yes affirmative consent law (SB-967), which redefines consent as

Ongoing throughout a sexual activity and [able to] be revoked at any time. The existence of a dating relationship between the persons involved, or the fact of past sexual relations between them should never be assumed to be an indicator of consent.

Legally, a consent video would not necessarily give a man blanket coverage cornering an accusation of sexual misconduct, since consent can be withdrawn at any time, post-consent video included. "Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time. Therefore, a video may record 'consent' but the situation may then change and consent is withdrawn," Durham University law professor Clare McGlynn told Refinery29.

Were they both dudes? And neither was a trans-dude? Regardless, it was confusing shitty storytelling.

I'm not saying they can't stop half way. I'm saying it's beyond stupid to consent, then afterwards change your mind for your poor life choices. The only exception I can imagine is if there was exceptional deception. "I didn't know you had a wife" doesn't count. "You said you didn't have STDs" might count - though I wouldn't call it "rape".

The point is to mock it for being so awful. But you took it seriously and tried to defend it. Sigh.

It was beyond awful, and certainly mock-able, and for that I thank you for posting it. I did take it further and actually critically analysed it. I did not defend anything about it. I recommended burning it all - and that's being kind.
