I have quit stalking and I actually feel really guilty about my worst stalking cases.

Yes.

People see as the guy who’s more likely to be a stalker due to how I’m seen as a socially incompetent guy trying to get the girl that doesn’t like me.

Judging from the sentence before, they appear to be correct.
