Why is it okay and common knowledge white people cannot go to the "hood" because black people openly state white people will be harmed?

In the largest sense, it's because White people lack a sense of solidarity.

Unfortunately, yes.

Whites on average rate every group equally; every other group rates themselves as the best and Whites as the worst.
