I have written open source software. What have you produced?

I've taught hundreds of children, helped them through depression and thoughts of suicide, and allowed them to gain self-confidence and self-worth. Y'know; things no one ever gave me.

I'm not their parents, and it's not my job to be. I just do what I can to help.

I produced 2 children, raised them alone as a single dad. They are doing great atm.

I have definitely added value to various corporations. I don't know that those corporations were truly valuable for the human species. I don't know that my value-additions can really be called "production."
