Can anyone help me find an old link?

It was an African affiliate of CNN, where the language spoken sounded very much like inner city slang. It was a genuine cnn news site for cnn news from a specific African country with a very simplified language. It was hilarious because it looked like the anchors and headlines were all English gibberish. Thanks in advance!
