I have a bottle of berberine pills that I impulse bought,but I read some stuff about it not being very bioavailable. And I just couldn't find very good information about what would make it better, or even whether to take it with a meal or on an empty stomach.

That’s what I was worried about. There’s another medicinal remedy that I was looking into and it had the same bioavailability issue. And the one that was made more Bioavaiable was like 200$ per bottle. Not worth it.

It was like NAD+. The thing I was looking into that wasent bioavailable was like nad+.

Are there any things you do take, or routines that you do?

Like facial moisturizer, or routines, for health?
