Yes the mini series. They had a trial at the end where the main engineer called out the Soviet lies and had his life ruined for telling the truth, then there was a denouement where the death tolls were tallied up and wrapped up some of the individual real life stories. The men who caused the explosion were sentenced to 10 years hard labor.

And this kind of communism is the direction in which mankind is headed...
