Is 400$ for a bare bones XP/98 duel boot laptop price gouging? What happened and why are they all this price for something unknown?

I suppose they think a $500 Commodore 64 is cheap too? Don't pay more than $100 for it.

I agree but what the (blank blank) is going on here? Is this related to China shutdown? China is shutdown again with BAD virus now affecting Japan and the rest of Asia.

COVID-19 is a bioweapon invented by Fauci and China. It was accidentally released in Asia which is why it is stronger there.
