Personally, I worked at a nursing home for two years all throughout COVID -- after seeing uncountable numbers of residents in their 80s and 90s laughing off their COVID infections, literally mocking us for following protocols despite practically all of them having preexisting conditions that were rather severe, my model has little choice but to assume a psychogenic / voodoo element as the most likely explanation for the atypical severity and deaths among the young and healthy. Not to mention, of course, that I actually watched the motherfuckers casting the spell
