That doesn't answer the question. I'm pro-choice but I oppose Roe V Wade because it is a violation of states' rights, and is therefore unconstitutional.

I thought OP was just asking about our stance on abortion.

I'm not well-versed in all the legal aspects of Roe v. Wade. Do you have any links you'd like to share on the subject?
