Chipit is talking about himself.

Nonsense.

"We have to be careful not to ban legitimate users who just messed up a couple times, but we have to draw the line at repeated violations of US law."

You really should drop that line about US law. No one cares. Not advocating violence is common sense, and it's illegal everywhere, not just in the US. More importantly it's not SaidIt culture and is against site rules (even if some are arbitrary and stupid, while missing others).

It seems he overstepped a couple times.

Does he have an IP or VPN? Your threat may be worthless.
