First: Talking to the FBI is inviting trouble.

Second: Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to and effort to document and explain. THIS is fair, open, accountable, (consistent?), and honest social management. Saved.

I don't trust anything conservatard Chipit shill says at all.

I also don't know /u/Node well at all and they seemed insightful and okay until now. I wonder if it's a young stupid guy trying to impress folks.

Here's Node saying [furries,] transgender [and sexual degenerates] people should be shot.

An intolerant and terrible sense of humour if it's a joke. A shame if it's not. Either way it's a clear violation of the rules. I don't like censorship or banishments, but I would understand. A few warnings would be my preference, along with a 2-day, 2-week, and 4-ever ban.

Here's Node promoting treason and mass murder, which would get SaidIt seized by the federal government if we didn't remove it.

That's not advocating violence. It's clever enough to not outright say it. I've said shit that could be compared to this, though not so clumsy, nor with the same motives or goals.

ALL governments are mafia scum who maintain their monopoly on violence. Violence is never the solution, even for resistance. They'll just bring more. The only solution is to evolve and grow out from under their boot and find deeper meaning in alternatives to their corporatocracy consumer culture.

Here's Node saying violence is the "necessary solution" and criticizing Magnora for removing death threats.

I don't think that's advocating violence. Certainly borderline and close but too ambiguous. "Even when it's the necessary solution" could mean anything. I don't agree with it as it is and don't think it's ever a legit solution. The slope is way to slippery. However, if he misspoke and meant defending oneself is necessary, then I'd agree with that. I wouldn't call that violence though.

Here's Node saying homosexuals should be burned to death.

Without more context (all your examples don't show what came before) I can't tell if that's a joke in poor taste or a serious call for harm. Regardless, IMO, it still deserves a warning/spank. Being clever with words does not make you exempt from the rules.

"just to make SaidIt look bad — and ultimately get us shut down."

That sounds like hyperbolic nonsense from M7. These few comments will not get SaidIt shut down, nor make it look bad. Even if there's a thousand times as much we haven't seen. IMO he deserves a spanking and another chance, maybe two - on a shorter fuse. This "strike" should also expire in 6 or 12 months, IMO.

The "US Law" is not there to protect you, me, SaidIt, or anyone but the ruling class. Avoid them at all costs. SaidIt has a sub dedicated to exposing /s/PoliceMisconduct. I doubt they'd like that, among other things.
