There are over 70 million Catholics in the U.S., so that's not a surprise. The country has always been majority white, and was even ~90%+ for most of its history, so it's no surprise that we had a court that was white. Also, its been proven that men are less risk averse, so they'll seek higher positions of power than women. That's why the vast majority of societies have men in the highest positions of political power.
