true, i'm content with not having unending content though. i prefer to have conversations with people rather than to share memes and stuff. a lot of the "content" on reddit was just reposts anyway. it's also because a lot of memes just aren't fucking funny. it's way more enjoyable to talk with people and hear actual jokes other than "wacky random text with spongebob reaction image"

Reddit memes stopped being funny a loooong time ago lmao. Ifunny is a much better source of memes especially if you know good accounts to subscribe to.
