A BAC of 0.10 (0.10% or one tenth of one percent) means that...

What would be the "smoking gun". I tried doing some math for them but they wont believe it. Still insist that it is whole percents.

I survived a .41 BAC. It took an entire ER ward , gallons of saline, and God knows what else to save me. I quit drinking after that.

The doctor told me that they didn't expect me to survive, but as long as I had a heartbeat they kept working on me. Thanks doc!

8% BAC is roughly 20 times the average LETHAL level of .4% as shown here.

Wow that's surprisingly accurate. I put in 20 1.5 oz servings of spirits over 3 hours for a 150 lbs male, and the result was .45

When I drank basically that amount in that time, my BAC was .41.

No. It's miligrams per millilitre.
