Hispanics are street smart enough (unlike Asians) to know that Asian landlords are the EASIEST to take advantage of. With so many Asians getting into real estate using (by the textbook rental procedures), I project there to be an absolute epidemic of asian landlords being gang-raaped financially . Moreover, it will NEVER be discussed publicy bc to discuss this publicy would be to admit that Asians are being screwed for following equal oppty housing laws which the govt wants to promote bc the govt cares NOT about individuals but about society. Asians don't socialize amongst themselves. There are asian men from "soft" places like Southern California, going to Latin America to get women. One asian guy was form a "soft" college that got killed last year.
