Isn't Palantir some kind of warmonger company? Why are the involved with NHS?

Edit: I actually looked it up. They're an information analysis company, but they do a lot of work with the military and spy agencies. They may not technically be a "defense" company but they couldn't be much more sinister if they tried (I'm not entirely sure they don't).
