There's no evidence of Hamas stealing food and medicine. And there's no reason they'd do that. That's all you need to know. You obviously have no way of providing any reliable evidence.

Look at the top of that pyramid and notice that you've not made a relevant, explicit refutation or counter-argument that includes evidence.
