Nah, he's just got all the weapons and money he wants so now is going to do whatever he likes.

I think he may soon lose it. Ukrainian Army is surrendering at the strategically important port city of Mariupol. That shows Ukraine could do nothing to reinforce or resupply their own troops inside their own country. The fight is all but over.
