The politicising of the UK judiciary is a consequence of the US's ideological subversion. The judge in this case sees a rapist in the box, not a publisher or journalist, despite evidence to the contrary. She, as many others, were subjected to a hailstorm of political messaging designed to manipulate biases in order to neutralise a messenger delivering inconvenient truths. The methods and technologies behind this subversion were nearly exposed by the same man, so his rights will forever be conveniently curtailed to protect those same methods and technologies. But what is known of them, is that they are designed to supplant free will and to lead people to predefined conclusions. It's the cult leaders trick, there is no free will so obey the cult leader.
