Formatting documentation. Unfortunately a mix of Markdown and HTML instead of BBCode but it needs to be documented or at least a link to documentation if it conforms to some standard.

Actually there is no real separation between posted paragraphs, which there should be in Markdown. I have to add a "<br>" for this which shouldn't be necessary.

Cultures cannot be defined. Culture is the general behavior of a group of people, and changes over time. Modern culture became completely intolerable around 2010 and continues to get worse.
