Well, I doubt she would agree to close the site immediately without warning. She has been running it for years and is invested in the community. For me the real red flag is not allowing anyone else to even try to run it. It’s like the site needs to be shut down for some reason.

If she wanted a break from moderating she can just not do it for a while. I don’t think it’s a task that required hours everyday to do.

This is all speculation of course. I have no idea who she is and what she does IRL.

What AOC and Bernie Sanders are doing now is on point. What Schumer is doing is not. He seems compromised or corrupt somehow. I don’t trust him.
