For the person downthread who responded to my post: You don't get it and never will. The GC crowd was manipulated and used by truly evil forces. People like the despicable Heather Higgins of the radical right "Independent" Women's Forum, founded as a group supporting Clarence Thomas, deliberately targeted naive "feminists" and other women on the left by exploiting this issue. WoLF and WDI-USA were and are complete tools of the Council for National Policy. Their stance on ERA was and is a giant red flag. Their opposition was right out of Phyllis Schlafly's Eagle Forum. They were only too happy to partner with the right for resources. Total sellouts and frauds.

People like you who are one-issue voters are a big problem because you are easily led and cannot see the big picture. You are hopeless and know nothing about US politics.

You were had by the right. Period.

I feel sad about Ovarit shutting down. I was mostly a lurker but it was the only website where I felt safe to post about gender critical stuff. I wonder why girl_undone didn't ask someone else to help her with the website.

It's extraordinarily sad, and Ovarit was a crucial part of building a gender-critical community. However, if anything, this experience has proven that no matter what happens, we will rise from the ashes and continue terfing :D

Just heard the news. Unbelievable. All that amazing content just down the drain. Ovarit was always the first place I directed people who were starting to question gender ideology and it peaked a lot of people. I will miss all my peeps. This really sucks ass.

I still hope someone can convince her to hand it over it would be a great starting block for an organisation like WDI or Sex Matters, even if she deletes all the users data so we have to make new accounts again, I'd be fine with that if everything was preserved.

Going to archive some of the mod posts because those were really inspiring, but I'll miss the HUGE threads of "how did you peak"? that were mostly just women realizing men were still degenerates, or that women are still subject to misogyny and female socialization even after transing out.
