According to the law shareholders have rights to maximum profits so corporations and their boards have to make every effort towards that. But you won't see any shareholders suing any company that is losing profits for being woke. Like could Bud Light be sued? No, because every judge is bought off by Soros.

The forces directing this radical social agenda are likely not being constrained by any rule of law. There's big money financing and abetting this
