Good, for the sake of humanity, only the best, high quality men should reproduce. It would be much less disabled, ugly and retarded children this way.

That's only because women are guilted by society and incels into dating ugly, inferior, broke soymen or else we are called shallow gold diggers and Chad chasers. So many women give in into pressure and date ugly manlets, producing ugly or disabled children.
