That little room that they took the man into, the plain open room that's a holding cell completely open to the street but that is where they hold people who have recently been arrested. I was held in a room like that one day in Tijuana and my friend that I was with he asked me he said how much money do you have I said I've only got $15 he said give it to me I'll buy our way out of here so I handed him the money and you know what he did he paid his way out and left me there.. so there I was sitting on the floor with my legs spread open and another man sitting in my crotch and another man sitting in his crotch and then one of the guys got up drunk and started pissing on everybody.

And then I got taken to the jail and that ain't no joke.. in the morning a man that identified himself as being a security guard for the chief of police took me out of my cell and took me to an ATM where I gave him $200 and he delivered me to my house.
