And and I just for the first time in a very very long time felt absolutely physically that's it and you know what I did I did what y'all taught me to do I reached out I reached out you know I am so grateful for because this is where I find people that love and support me allow me do I need to be and noted that's okay you know so I I just reached horses for me how much I love y'all and how much that the program has taught me that I can be in situ ation or I don't have to be in situation that I know what to do when I don't want to do those kinds of conditions but my decide did come in because he's asked everyone in the confession to go and stand up front do this and I refuse to have back there and I'm the only one and I was like I Define myself but anyway am I going to help that happen too but you know what I've been through anyway I'm enough of me today I just want you to know that I love you all very much and I've been I just you know I've never played a video game in my life but I relate to you more than that I can possibly and and with that I will be quite thank you again thank you honey bye feel the same I feel we say things you know or when I hear you talk to you it's as well as you do and with less obnoxiousness but I guess you're all just going to have to promote also yeah with my sponsor you know I can't say that I successfully argue but what a lot of those arguments did is she was wonderful at putting it back on me that's helping me understand that at the beginning of every argument is you manufacturing your own misery because you're trying to change somebody the way somebody else thinks that you want to be right and think everybody else thinks that right challenge
