Beneficial mutations never happen, except for all these hundreds of complex chemical synthesis reactions that nobody knew were a thing when the Theory Of Evolution was first proposed.

What is or not 'beneficial' is determined afterwards, depending on whether it increases or decreases your chances of reproducing, no?
