On a long distance shooting range (500m or more) these rules would be OK I guess. I mean, I’d put up with stupid rules like this to be able to shoot on a long distance range, since there aren’t many of them around and I’d likely be using a bolt action and spending more than 30 seconds between shots anyway.

But if there was any other option whatsoever, I absolutely wouldn’t go there.
