Maybe if they actually spent the half billion dollars they were given in California cities on the actual homeless problem it might have helped some. But the homeless have to want the help too. If it means staying clean then the homeless want nothing to do with it.

The majority of the homeless people that you saw in that video are quite simply drug addicts usually they are addicted to meth.

I know this for a fact because I was homeless in that City for 3 years and I slept in meth camps I had privilege to do that I was homies with one of the most well-known street level meth dealers. I used to help him shoot up sometimes he couldn't find a vein sometimes and oh my God he shot a lot of dope. I remember when he was dealing you know one of the Privileges of being the street level connection is that your supplier gives you as much dope as you can shoot but one day he f***** up and he stole some little guys dope because he was out that day and that little guy had a cousin that is a big white boy gangster in the streets and now my friend went from being a top level Street dealer to get in his ass whipped every time he comes out and so now he's not the dealer anymore but now he's on the Run he gets his ass kicked every time he comes out and he has to scrap to find slivers of the drug
