Let's compare with dogs genes. There are some genes related to intelligence and eagerness to act
But the variations can be bad and good, depending on how they are trained and in what environment.
Lack of intelligence gives stupid dogs that bark at anything, and high eagerness to act can cause aggression.
Those dogs need training, and we have to prevent inbreeding to get extremely bad versions of them.

Dogs were originally more wolf-like and were very intelligent. All of them. The breeding and in-breeding made them weak.
While wolfs can be very aggressive, they can also be very considerate. They use their aggressive to get food and to survive.

In humans we have lost our connection with nature and our more natural self. A bit similar like the consequence of breeding. And sometimes inbreeding, if you were nobility or from a small village. Some nobility, who should be smart people as leaders, were completely crazy due to inbreeding.

Eager to act and strength can be used in positive ways. But can be easily pushed towards aggression. But not having any impulse to act, can make people sit behind the computer or desk all day. Doing nothing.
