The newer stuff isn't made with per-and polyfluorinated substances (PFAS) anymore. After I scratched my T-Fal nonstick skillet I use for eggs I was going to trash it, but I read scratches aren't a big concern any longer. Supposedly.

Just note that everything big business tells you, is usually wrong.

They're using a similar chemical instead that is generally recognized as safe, it's no guarantee they aren't wrong about that, but apparently there are three independent labs in different countries that periodically check for PFAS in non-stick cookware.

The only chemical I trust to reduce stick is butter, olive oil and coconut oil. Anything else is fake and gay. When it comes to things you put in your mouth, keep it simple. For decades the food industry has lied to people about practically everything.

Shouldn't the food industry be telling the truth to people about practically everything?

Historically (modern), it never has. What is profitable is not what is good for you. There are so many examples I just can't be bothered. Go and do an internet search. Or just look at how many people now die from easily preventable diseases due to what they eat.

Shouldn't we value sharing good health info with our community? Shouldn't we want the best health possible for eachother?

I am at the stage in my life; and aware of the almost unlimited amount of stupidity people cling to; to not bother helping most people anymore with some of the most obvious stupidities.

Fat is good for you. Carbs (at least raw carbs if you are not using them) are bad for you. All artificial sweeteners are bad for you. If it is a soy extract (not fermented or whole soy products) or corn or wheat extract do not eat it. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. The nations with the longest life spans are also the ones that consume the most salt. Energy counting does work.

There, that should get you started.

Isn't soy and corn pretty much just the reason why we even have enough food to feed ten billion people? Aren't you arguing that we are the only great ape who shouldn't consume sugar en masse?
