I'm going to reluctantly weight in on this. Minors are idiotic dipshits who are prone to poor decision making. This makes them more vulnerable than older teens and adults. Statutory rape is still rape, even if it is a mere reflection of regretful actions. Anything more is assumptions and hearsay.
