I do. Although I just had opioid induced constipation and the lump of shit moving through my colon was the size of a fist. That was unpleasant. Had colon spasms, a dull ache, and I got so sleepy. Finally passed through, but of course it didn't fit down the toliet on the first try.

I was a little worried it was diverticulitis because I had been eating pistachios.
