I have a couple of bums who have made a hobo shack a few houses up the street in a vacant lot. Sometimes I see them on the sidewalk drinking a 12 pack. No bullets yet.

What kind of shithole does one have to live in where the idea of having vagrants squatting & getting shitfaced on land up the street is a good thing because they're not shooting their neighbors yet?

Lol. Well it's not my property, so if they don't cause problems I really don't see why I should care. My neighbors who legally rent the apartment next to mine and drunkenly fight on a regular basis are much more of a nuisance, as far as I can tell.
