I didnt see his post. Ill go reply to it.

As for your generator, I would hardly call it a generator. It's just a fancy compact solar battery system. I will admit, it is fancy and compact and looks like a good all in one package, but other than storage expansion, you can not modify it. This is the sort of thing you get in offroad vehicles, caravans and boats. I will be building a system similar to this in a shed at some stage. The steam generator was for longevity. Solar panels and batteries require replacement.

Yes, you're right. It's a storage device. You can stack them up to 90+ working in parallel. That sounds like enough power for a small village. You sound like you're really into prepping.

Hong Kong sounds like he knows quite a lot about engineering. — So you like Anman do you?

I am a massive prepper, but I am anti government and modern society first. Being a prepper is a side effect of wanting to be independent. If you rely on others to provide basic life requirements, when those people fail you (and they will), you will suffer because you were unprepared.

Anman is a nick name that was given to me, before any of us actually knew what it was.

Good way to be and I admire you because IMO the shit is going down starting right now. I am a minor prepper but doing the best I can being in the suburbs of a huge city—not a prime location when TSHTF, and it won't be long now. Good on ya. Are you in the bush? I wish I were but it's not possible under the circumstances.

I moved out of the city into s mall semi rural town near mountain forests, but I am close enough that I used to drive into work into the city. 2.5-3 hours travel each day. However that is no longer possible as now infrastructure is degrading and driver intelligence is getting worse.

I spend a lot of time talking to suburban people who are stuck there like you. The first thing I tell them to do is get a gun. Even a shitty one. As a single shot shotgun puts you 1,000% ahead of someone who does not have a gun. Should help you to get out. Next to know someone who is out. I am a meeting point for a lot of people. I also have infrastructure and defense tools on hand. Many people like me are willing to house people like you, as long as you are interested in helping and putting the effort in.

Dont admire me too much yet, I put aside a lot of my prep plans in order to have kids. Wife barely works now so she can raise them properly and that cut our finances down. I am still also at the whim of the banks. I can lose everything when I run out of money. It's the worst thing ever.

In this country no one has guns except Yaks. It's a major crime to have one. Otherwise I'd have a couple of Mossbergs and an AK-47 for starters. I gave my nephew the same gun advice and my sister called me up really pissed but it is the best advice. I expected the worst a few years ago and bought too much gold. Now I have no wiggle room same as you. I'd be really motivated if we had kids but I forgot to have them 🤦‍♂️ so now I'm thinkin' let's get this thing on, for better or worse. Good luck and Keep the Faith.
