Yes, the moral action would be to treat whites fairly and not treat them as if they're more criminal than they are. And likewise, treat blacks fairly. Don't treat them as less criminal than they are.

What you're advocating for is racial bias and racial discrimination.

      Wrong!
If you have 10 blacks and 10 whites. Of whom 4 whites are criminal. Of whom 6 blacks are criminal. In total 10 out of 20 criminals. 50%.
You treat each black and white person as if they have 50% chance of being a criminal.
Judging the 6 black criminals, you say 50% of them are criminal, you correctly "guess" that 3 of them were criminals. You incorrectly guessed that 3 of them were innocent. Of the 4 remaining blacks, you guess 2 of them are criminal and correctly 2 of them innocent.
In total you gussed that 5 blacks were criminal, 3 criminals were incorrectly judged by you to be innocent. 2 innocent were incorrectly judged by you. You underestimated the number of black criminals by 1. Judging black criminals better than they ought to be judged. For the whites, you judge them in the same manner. The 4 white criminals, you judge 2 of them to be criminal, 2 of them to be innocent. Of the 6 innocent, you judge 3 of them to be criminal and 3 of them to be innocent.
In total you guessed that 5 whites were criminal, 3 innocents were incorrectly judged by you to be criminal. 2 criminals were incorrectly judged by you to be innocent. You overestimated the number of white criminals by 1. Judging white innocents worse than they ought to be judged.

Why do you want to make innocent whites suffer for something they cannot change?

If you treat them with 60% and 40% risk of being criminal, you avoid favoring blacks and you avoid making innocent whites suffer for something they cannot control.

False. If you are going to stop a car forexample, you have to make a judgement call.
When you go to a specific part of a city, you have to factor in how likely crime will be in that area. Etc.

You are doing these types of estimates all the time.

You are judging people by looking at their skin color. You are treating whites unfairly and making them more criminal than they are.

I have come to the ultimate conclusion on this thread! Black and white people are not physical dice! But dice can be Black or white We are finally getting to the nitty gritty of this issue. (This discussion has continued much longer than I thought it would LMAO.)

If you have a group of 6 individuals who are black:
B = [Criminal, Criminal, Innocent, Innocent, Innocent, Innocent]
and 6 individuals who are white:
W = [Criminal, Innocent, Innocent, Innocent, Innocent, Innocent]
and you treat individuals in the W group as if they were just as likely to be criminal as the individuals in the B group, then you are treating them unfairly, because the probability of an individual in W being criminal is 1/6 while the probability of an individual in B being criminal is 2/6. Treating them as if they had the same probability of being criminal is discrimination against white individuals.
