Pretty sure it's allowed, I see it used all the time here. But no, American's are not free, they don't understand what freedom is.

They're the least free people in the world. They live in a nanny state but without the protective benefits. You'll get thrown in jail for taking a substance that harms nobody but if you lose your job to the streets you go. And they accept this tyranny which is the worst thing.
