As a convicted felon you can indeed carry a cap and ball, flintlock, or matchlock in Chattanooga but I wouldn't suggest it.

i was homeless in san francisco for about three years about a dozen years ago, and the meth problem was at epidemic levels... my last trip into downtown san francsico, i chatted with a friend of mine that is a hard core IV meth shooter, and i asked him how things were going in sf... he told me that it has gotten really rough.. he said that we have drug dealers selling to drug dealers... he meant to say that there are a LOT of drug dealers, that they are competing with each other... he told me that they will knock you the fuck out and pee in your butt.. those were his words.. i took a look around and it became obvious that happy and gay hippie town san francisco has gone gang land.. they had latino enforcers posted on every major corner..

and now everything on market street is boarded up and the shit has gone ballistic.

this bullshit will spread across the country... give it another ten years...

what they are literally doing is they are devaluing the city so that it can be re-established under new management.
