I don't think he can help it. Nobody would chose to act like that if they could help it.

My comment had 3 meanings too. 1) He crazy. Likely an unavoidable fact. 2) He seeks attention. 3) He pretends to be women.

3) He can easily stop pretending to be women. 2) Maybe he can try not seeking attention and just engage without the absurd drama. 3) It's doubtful he can overcome his demons.
