Even people with multiple national origins but all from white countries are considered mutts. It takes away their identity, their heritage. I wouldn't say they are doomed to be failures, but they definitely lose out on something that can strengthen them, motivate them, and instill a feeling of responsibility.

I think it's important to consider that everyone who isn't born of "purebred" incest (that is, a line of repeated incest that goes extremely far back) is very likely to be a mutt. That is, basically, everyone is a mutt. The word is unimportant, but perhaps it was just used for shock value for blog clicks 6 years ago back in September 2015.
