Nice find!

Methapyriline fumarate is an anti-histamine that was used for its sedative effects. When they found out in the 70s it gave mice liver cancer it was replaced in commercial products.

Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid and the magnesium hydroxide is to prevent the former from causing constipation.

Besides that it's aspirin and caffeine.
