Some people are real victims and need real help. But they're usually not the ones making the most noise about it, which is part of what creates the imbalance in who is rewarded.

That makes sense. Yes, that also potentiates the quote that "Stupid people think they're smart and smart people think they're stupid.

One could then say that real victims many times are silent or silenced, treated like dirt; and those with victimisation/persecution complex are paraded as heroes and are rewarded, even by big corporate banks.
