Why does society, the criminal justice system, and school not work for blacks often? Because they are monkeys, How is the criminal justice system suppossed to handle people with no foresight or undertstanding of consequences? How are apes to learn math? Why do blacks act soooo savage?

Its because they are literal fucking apes and every system designed by the anglos requires you have an IQ above 70 for it to work.
