I have seen the videos of him being arrested, he seemed a bit psychiatric to me, but he did not seem like he was overdosing on fentanyl.

someone that is overdosing on fentanyl will be nodding and semi-coherent, which he was quite alert.

this bullshit about him being on fentanyl is a lie.

Watch the whole 20+ minute video that got released weeks after the rioting starter. He could barely stand, said he couldn't breathe repeatedly before anyone touched him, and was foaming at the mouth.
