I have been going through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Addiction Recovery Program. It is adapted from the 12 step program, but has a more hearty deity aspect. I'd recommend taking a peek there. Besides a slip-up today, it's been about 9 months without porn or masturbation.
