On reddit it's even possible to block people without reporting them, but you have to access the API through a client/browser side script as described here: https://old.reddit.com/r/redditdev/comments/3nvrdi/deleting_post_replies_from_inbox_i_need_help_and/cvrttje/
use the following search parameters to narrow your results:
